Ordering, Shipping, & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - but only on applicable purchases. In order to receive free shipping, product orders must be $100 or over.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It should take anywhere between 5-10 business days. Some items may arrive before this window, but it is unlikely any orders will arrive after this window. Order processing can take anywhere between 2-5 days and shipping may take up to 5 days.

How can I track my order?

Following a purchase, customers will receive an email with shipping information (this is a separate email from your Order Confirmation email, which customers will receive immediately after purchase). Please allow 2-5 business days to receive this email with shipping information as the order is likely still processing!

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are only serving US based customer, however, we cannot wait to expand internationally very soon. Stick around for more information regarding Posi & Mint coming to your home!


Returns & Exchanges

How do I get free return shipping?

With our Posi Return Token (highly recommended!) customers can make free returns through the return portal up to 28 days after order delivery. This token is automatically added to every customer's cart at checkout, however, customers have the option to remove the token from their cart.

What is the difference between a Posi Return Token and Manual Return?

Making returns with the Posi Return Token = free shipping label, 28 day return window, user friendly return portal.

Manual Returns = shorter return initiation and shipping windows, requires an authorization number, customer pays for shipping.

How long does it take to process a return and receive my refund?

Please allow 2 weeks following the return to receive a refund.

How do your sizes run?

Clothing is generally true to size based on US standards. However, Posi & Mint is fortunate to source from several wonderful suppliers. Therefore, we always encourage customers to view the Sizing & Care tab on each product prior to purchase. How should I care for my purchase?

Due to the wide variety of materials used, care instructions vary based on product. Therefore, we encourage customers to view the Sizing & Care Tab on each product for specific care guidance. Visit here for further details.

Why does the color look different than the photo?

We do thorough quality assurance checks on all our products. Minor discrepancies in color may be due to studio lighting. However, if there are any major discrepancies in the product you received and what you ordered, color or otherwise, please view our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
